Juice for breakfast

This morning I woke up feeling bloated, my fault of course, I ate two pieces of cake yesterday.  I knew this would happen, I think I may be a little gluten intolerant, my sister and my niece are coeliacs, and I have noticed as I become older I just don't tolerate flour the same way I used to.  Not wanting toast or cereal for breakfast I decided to make a fresh juice instead,  I haven't been having juice as regularly over the past few weeks as I was.  What did I have in the fridge, carrots, celery, ginger, oranges and kiwi fruit, so this is what my morning juice consisted off.
